Leadership

Pastor Bill began youth ministry in 1977 and has served in several other leadership positions in a variety of churches. He now has nearly 24 years of experience as a senior pastor. Bill has a passion for expository preaching of God's Word. He also enjoys teaching people how to deepen their spiritual lives and mature as believers. Bill has been married to Emily since 1981. They are enjoying their adult children three girls, two boys, one son-in-law ,  one daughter-in-law and enjoying four grandchildren. Bill has experience in TV and radio, farming. He is also an accomplished gardener, fly-fisherman, photographer, musician and loves woodworking.

Pastor Zack and his wife, Ryan, have been married for 18 years, last July. They love doing outreach ministry both with the youth and with adults. Pastor Zack is the Associate/Youth pastor as well as the President of Helping Hands. He has a heart for helping those in the community avoid some of the hardship he went through, by no fault other than his own. Pastor Zack has three daughters, Dottie (15), Ily (9), Hattie (9), (Ily is adopted and it is a great God story that he would love to tell you). He also has one son, Rockne (13). They love baseball, running, biking, swimming, and boating as well as being active in the church and the community 

Director of Music Ministry

I have been working for First Baptist Church as the Music and Youth Intern since May 2020 and have just recently been promoted to Director of Music Ministry.
My love for music and the arts has been lifelong. I have been involved in musicals, plays and auditioning choirs around the country. Currently, I am working on a bachelor's degree from Liberty University in Christian Ministries, and am hoping to complete this degree next fall. I love to hunt with my family during the fall and hope to pick up more fishing and camping this year during the summer months!
